The Fixed Returns Option works like a loan but is secured as it is tied to a specific project. When you invest in this option, you get paid monthly interest on the balance of the loan until it is repaid. This investment vehicle provides investors with a 6.5% PA return on their investment. We may make payments against the balance at our discretion. The minimum investment is £3,000 – 50,000.

Investor Partner Program

For people looking to invest larger amounts, we invite you to look into our Investor Partner Program, where you can benefit from compounding. This program allows investors to secure a preferred interest rate. In exchange, investors will commit to invest a minimum amount for a specific period. Our experienced investment and management team will actively work on acquiring, operating, and disposing of properties to maximize returns for our investor partners. We pay 8% PA on invested balances. Minimum investment is £50,000 - £100,000.
